TNT Trucking School (“TNT,” “we,” “us”) operates the website tnttruckingschool.net and provides commercial driver training services at 1030 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us, request program information, or enroll, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, the program you are interested in, and any details you include in your message. If you enroll, we collect the information needed to register, train, and test you, which may include your date of birth, driver license and permit information, and training and testing records.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Google advertising tags managed through Google Tag Manager) to collect information about how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source that referred you to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and send you the program information you request.
- To contact you about enrollment, scheduling, training, testing, and job placement support.
- To process payments and maintain enrollment and billing records.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements that apply to CDL training providers, including reporting training records to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry.
- To coordinate funding on your behalf when you choose to use a funding program such as Utah Department of Workforce Services assistance.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website, and to measure the performance of our advertising.
3. Calls, Texts, and Emails
If you submit your phone number through our website or provide it to us by phone, you agree that TNT Trucking School may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your inquiry and our programs. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or replying to the sender. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate — for example, payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and databases (Google Firebase), email delivery, website hosting, and analytics and advertising services (Google). These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Government agencies and testing entities when required to deliver your training and licensing — for example, the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, the Utah Driver License Division, and, if you use funding assistance, the Utah Department of Workforce Services.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Cookies and Advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and Google Ads tools to measure advertising and, in some cases, to show ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing). You can control ad personalization through your Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com), opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on Google provides, and manage cookies through your browser settings. The site works without non-essential cookies.
6. Data Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you enroll, we keep student, training, and testing records for as long as required by federal and state regulations that apply to CDL training providers, and business records as required for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our student records systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our services and website are directed to adults seeking commercial driver training. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your Choices and Rights
