TNT has been family-owned since 2004. The school was founded by a driver, and it is still run by the same family — which is why the training is built around what the job actually demands rather than what fills a classroom.
Tony
Founder & Lead Instructor
Tony has spent more than 40 years in trucking, first as a driver and owner-operator, then building TNT Trucking School, which he founded in 2004. He has taught generations of Utah drivers the skills, safety and judgment the job actually requires.
Stewart
Vice President
Stewart is Tony’s son and runs the school’s operations, enrollment and student support. He spent 17 years leading operations for national healthcare systems before returning to the family business, and brought that operating discipline to how TNT students are trained, tested and placed.

How training actually runs.
TNT trains in small groups, with one-on-one time behind the wheel. Classroom instruction covers the theory the ELDT rules require; the range and the road are where most of the hours go.
CDL training is a real investment of time and money. The program is built so that when you finish you are prepared for the CDL test and ready to start work — not just certified.
Class sizes stay small by design. That is what makes it possible to put an instructor next to a student on the range rather than a line of students waiting for a turn.
